Cami Masicottee

Cami has been dancing since she was 4 years old. At the age of six she joined the local competition team at her studio, New Level Dance Company in Tampa, FL. She competed her first solo that year and began her journey of growth to overcome severe stage fright. She trains in many disciplines of dance including ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, acrobatics and hip-hop. Recently, she started her training in aerial acrobatics and performed her first solo on the aerial Lyra last season!

Cami has won many awards as a competitive dancer and consistently receives top overall placements in her age group. In 2015, she earned the regional titles of Petite Miss Onstage America, Petite Miss Nexstar, and Petite Miss Shake the Ground; as well as the Dancer of the Year Finalist at Rainbow Dance and Celebration Talent. She then went on to win 1st place advanced petite solo at On Stage America’s National Competition in Orlando, FL.

In 2016, Cami has had the opportunity to travel to several conventions and competitions where continued her success. In 2016, she has received a scholarship at Tremaine Dance Convention, 1st overall at Step Up 2 Dance, 1st overall at Kids Artistic Review, 1st overall at Masquerade Dance and the titles of Miss Junior Masquerade and Miss Junior World Class Talent.
